Privacy policy
What we collect when you use this site or send us a form, and what we do with it. The short version: we use it to answer you, and we don't sell it.
Effective October 29, 2026
Who we are
Barger Equipment LLC, 4901 Springs Rd, Conover, NC 28613. Call (828) 256-8291 or email bargerequipment@outlook.com.
What we collect
When you send a form: your name, phone number and email, plus anything else you fill in: what you're shopping for, your message, whether you have a trade-in and how you'd like us to reach you. The form also sends the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the site that linked you here, and any ad or campaign tags in that link (like utm_source or gclid).
When you browse: Google Analytics records the pages you view, your device and browser, and your approximate location, using cookies.
How we use it
- To answer your request: call you back, put a quote together, book service or find a part.
- To keep the site working and make it better.
- To see which ads and listings bring people in.
Who it goes to
Only the service providers that run this site and deliver your message to us: our website host, our email delivery service, Google Analytics and Google Ads, and Google Maps (the map on our pages). Each handles it under its own privacy policy.
If you apply for financing, you do that on the lender's own website, and the lender's privacy policy covers what you give them.
We don't sell your information
We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Calls and texts
We'll call or text you only about the request you sent. We don't send marketing texts.
Cookies and opting out
Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies to count visits and measure ads, and the Google map may set its own. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, turn off Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on, and control ad personalization in Google's ad settings.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to serve you and to keep normal business records.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us. Call (828) 256-8291 or email bargerequipment@outlook.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
